PRODUCT TROUBLESHOOTING

Previously check if a pod is correctly inserted. During your puffing the white LED should light up, and you will notice that steam is being generated.

Minor leaks are possible periodically. Wetting a cotton swab with a little rubbing alcohol and put away leftovers. Keep watching over if the leak stops or not.

To avoid leaking, follow these care advices:

— Keep pods and batteries away from closed small spaces, extreme heat or cold, and moisture.

— Keep pods in right position, not bottom up.

Blockages of vapes can happen occasionally. To get rid of clogging do not forget to recharge the accumulator frequently. It needs to work at the optimum heat level always. We advise to charge the accumulator on low voltage during 30-45 minutes.

Also take a look at another troubleshoot and care advices:

-To eliminate blockages, try dry-heating it, i.e. puff the pod without the battery.

-Remember to pull out the pod before charging. We recommend to charge the accumulator in this way only.

-Before using ascertain the accumulator is fully charged.

-Do not smoke vape when charging the battery.
-Pods handle temperature fluctuations badly. So keep pods and batteries away from heat or cold, or moisture.

-it’s better to change pods before they are fully dry to get away from overheating.

Plugging of APE disposable pens can happen occasionally.

See the following troubleshoot and care advices which can help.

— Pull softly and slowly for 5-7 seconds until you hear the airway clear up.

— Keep the vape pens away from sudden temperature change, or moisture.

 

Information for customer

Product safety and quality are top priorities for APE. All of our products undergo mandatory laboratory testing.

The results of these tests can be found under each of our products in the “Products” section.

Sometimes the cartridge/disposable can leak. Simply wipe the unit and check how often it leaks.

To prevent the cartridge/disposable from leaking, do not turn the cartridge upside down, do not use it in cold or heat, and do not leave the cartridge in a humid room.

APE cartridges are only compatible with APE batteries.

If you suspect that you have bought a fake, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@apeincorp.com or by Telegram and Whatsapp.

In advance, please send a high-quality photo/video of the product and the store where you bought it. Our staff will quickly determine the authenticity of the product.

We’re sorry if you have a defective product.

First of all, contact the store where you purchased our product. Point them to the defect and exchange the product for a new one.

For this you will need the receipt of purchase. If for some reason the store refused you, then contact us by mail info@apeincorp.com or by Telegram and Whatsapp.

All sales are final. No exchanges unless items are deemed defective by our staff.

The defective item must be surrendered in its original packaging and within the 7 day window. If a product is deemed defective, it will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item.

Products with no original packaging will not be honored.
